We work hard to ensure your products arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
We’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers. If you need more help or have a question not answered here, get in touch with us.
When can I expect my delivery?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days of purchase. Subject to environmental impacts affecting postal services.
Bespoke items, made to order and those which are personalised may take up to 14 working days before dispatch.
Delivery times are approximate but be assured that will always try to get your product to you as promptly as possible.
Currently, we only accept orders for delivery to the mainland United Kingdom.
What is your returns process?
We will gladly accept returns for faulty items or items damaged in transit. However, we ask that you contact us via email within seven days of receipt, including details and photographs, so we can see the damage and discuss your issue.
Return items within 14 days with the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and we recommend a signed/recorded service to ensure your goods reach us.
Westborn Woodcraft cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note any items which have been personalised cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, we ask that you check the wording of your personalisation as Westborn Woodcraft cannot be held responsible for errors.
How are your products finished?
Our product finishes range from plant-based wax oils to our in-house blend of pure organic mineral oil and beeswax butter for our charcuterie and cutting boards. Food contact safe for even the little ones.
What kinds of materials do you use?
The product materials we use comprise a variety of recycled, upcycled and sustainably sourced hardwood lumber. All of our kitchen range products are made using new untreated wood to ensure they are suitable for food contact.
What kinds of packaging do you use?
We have chosen our packaging with sustainability at the forefront. Our paper shred, tape and boxes are both recycled and recyclable. We recommend that your disregarded wrapping can be used in the garden as mulch or popped directly on your compost heap. Otherwise recycling where possible.
